Each yoga class is comprehensive, age-appropriate, theme-based, and integrates movements, poses and non-competitive games in the unique YogaKids methods.

Sensory Processing Parent Support Group

Do you have a child/children with SPD? Would you like to talk to other Moms/Dads who share the same challenges as you?

The aim of our group is to provide a forum for Moms and Dads to get together and act as a support to each other.   We’ll share information, experiences and a few laughs  and create a network of people you can contact when you need a little support.    The group will meet once a month.
